Abstract
This research addresses the topic of the culture of peace and its role in reducing wars from a future-oriented perspective. It seeks to explore a central question: How does the culture of peace contribute to reducing wars both within nations and at the international level? The study reviews key concepts such as culture, peace, war, peacebuilding, and peace keeping .the research highlights the significant importance of the culture of peace in maintaining security and stability among nations worldwide. It is considered a fundamental and essential pillar for peaceful coexistence, peacebuilding, and peacekeeping among countries. The researcher employed the historical, descriptive, and analytical methods in this study. Among the most important findings of the study is that the culture of peace significantly and effectively contributes to reducing wars both at the internal level of states and between nations. Moreover, the culture of peace plays a crucial role in maintaining and building peace at both national and international levels. The study recommends emphasizing the importance of the culture of peace and its role in society and the state in preserving and building peace, as well as its contribution to reducing wars domestically and globally, now and in the future.
