Özet

The phenomenon of asylum is a phenomenon that is constantly increasing due to persecution, whether on the basis of gender or ideology.
Therefore, it is necessary to know the rights of refugees in light of the International Convention relating to the Rights of Refugees of 1951.
This is what prompts us to divide this intervention into two parts: First: the general rights of refugees, which are essential rights for every individual in society and cannot be dispensed with. Second: the special right of refuges relate to the legal statuts of the refugie, winch Is different frome That of the Citizen of the country in winch He résides.

Abstract
