MAQASID REASONING (MAQASID STUDY)

Özet

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of Messengers and upon all his family and companions. As for what follows - I have written this modest research in a section of the science of objectives, which, after considering it, is one of the necessities of the work of the diligent person in every diligence work and in every era and Egypt.
I chose the title for it (the purposeful reasoning, the study of the objectives), which means: explaining rulings by means of rulings, goals, and exploring the legal secrets in the texts. It dealt with the contents of the texts, and linked them to their meaning. The scholars of jurisprudence did not spare any effort in researching the meanings of the words and editing its issues, but the work is diligent. It is based on more than this, and for this reason the jurist is required to have knowledge of the science of objectives, because the objective or expedient reasoning is more general and comprehensive than the partial or analogical reasoning. Therefore, the evidence of the text may not be sufficient for the ruling, so the jurist seeks help from the ruling and the intended goals of the text, in order to reach the conclusion. The legitimate ruling, through which the validity of legitimacy for every time and place becomes clear.
