Abstract
The study aimed at the role of electronic media in improving the skills of students of musical arts at the University of Basra. The questionnaire was given to a group of students for the morning study for the fourth stage, to reveal the role of electronic media to improve students’ skills. One of the prominent results of this study is the possibility of harnessing the role of electronic media to continue the educational process and accustom the student to improve his musical skills through electronic media, as in some educationally and culturally developed countries. It was revealed through the statistics that the members of the research sample are characterized by having musical skills in the musical arts, and that there are no statistically significant differences between males and females in the gender variable.
