Abstract

The effectiveness of graphic design stems from addressing issues of political concern that determine the nature of political processes and current events, at the global level and are pronounced according to philosophical concepts related to intellectual plans and ideological references that have multiple and varied dimensions that are reflected in all fields and at all levels, and that they are at the level of global administration It is characterized by an expressive semantic feature that includes in its folds the complex and simple coding and directs a political message that includes those vocabulary designed in a manner and multiple methods that address private and public societal groups, and it is inspired by concepts of control, globalization and other concepts in the query. And that the design of the covers of Time magazine takes a functional dimension in dealing with the topics of the global event accurately and clearly.
