PSYCHOLOGICAL BURNOUT AND ITS RELATION WITH JOB PERFORMANCE AMONG TEACHERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN THE COMPREHENSIVE CARE CENTER IN MISRATA (TEACHERS OF DEAF AND MENTAL ABILITIES)

Abstract

The message of education is considered a sublime message for its importance which represents in social, economic and civilized development. Its position in society cannot be highlighted unless it is concerned with the character in charge and the extent of its readiness and qualification for this mission. As the teacher is the main pillar within the educational institution due to what he is doing in achieving the educational plans.
Therefore, work must be done to remove the obstacles and problems facing teachers and professors and lead them to the feeling of losing the psychological relief necessary to overcome work stress and the possibility of psychological burnout and face its effects through the adoption of preventive strategies, and achieve psychological balance and realism at work.
