THE EFFECT OF TALKING, S INTENT IN STATEMENT OF DECLARATION FUNCTION OF LINGUISTIC SPEECH B ABDUL – KADIR AL JURJANY

Abstract

Al jurjany: has considered the talking as a main element in the linguistic speech, and his (the talking) intent main rule in understanding and realization the meaning of linguistic speech , the good talking depends on logic included intent proof to achieve certitude in the linguistic speech.The function of the linguistic speech according to Abdul- kadir Al jurjany clarifies by leaving the general meaning of the linguistic group to another meaning which has the linguistic ability and high rhetoric when his meaning controls his pronounce.The intended meanings of the talking according to thoughts.
Abdul – kadir Al jurjany :is the basis in leaving the general meaning to
Rhetoric meaning : this can be achieve by high knowledge of the talking in linguistic secrets, and he always emphasis the talking new must be intent and certain to achieve the meaning that he wants.
