EDUCATION MANAGEMENT PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT -CASE STUDY OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN ALGERIA

Abstract

The administration of secondary education has evolved In the past three decades Their systems have evolved and emerged from areas of importance, example; programs development; The relationship between (school -community) and between (school - social life) and nationals development plans. The Education management has been place in education systems since their inception; she also knew his origins, rules and principles; and Its foundations which only revealed during the first half of the 20th century. This was first evident in the area of business management and then moved to the public administration and its branches, including the Department of Education, and also in the military, which is already condemned by the Department of Public Information by many administrative concepts, terminology and methods. Many countries have been concerned about a fundamental changes in education and management systems, which is complicated by the very nature of systems, and complexity is exacerbated by the abundance of information on the characteristics and overlap of each system. This has led educators to adopt education indicators as effective tools for education planning and development and to assess the effectiveness of their different dimensions in secondary schools.
