HOLLANDA EĞİTİM SİSTEMİ: TÜRK EĞİTİM SİSTEMİNE İLİŞKİN BAZI ÇIKARIMLAR

Özet

Bu çalışmada, dünyanın en köklü ve saygın eğitim kurumlarına sahip bir Avrupa ülkesi olan Hollanda’nın Eğitim Sistemi’nin bir takım parametrelerle incelenmesi ve Türk Eğitim Sistemi için bazı çıkarımlarda bulunulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu bakımdan çalışmada öncelikle Hollanda’nın coğrafi, siyasal, sosyal ve ekonomik durumu ele alınmış; ardından Hollanda eğitim sistemi amaç, yapı ve süreç gibi çeşitli parametreler açısından incelenmiştir. Eğitim sisteminin yapılanması boyutu yönetsel yapılanma ve okul yapılanması parametreleriyle; süreç boyutu ise eğitim-öğretim süreçleri, yöneticilerin ve öğretmenlerin yetiştirilmesi, eğitim denetimi ve eğitimin finansmanı parametreleriyle ele alınmıştır. Elde edilen bilgiler ışığında, Hollanda eğitim sisteminin öne çıkan özellikleri belirtilerek Türk Eğitim Sistemi için bazı çıkarımlarda bulunulmuştur.

Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to examine a few parameters of the Education System of the Netherlands, a European country with the world's most established and respected educational institutions and make some deductions for the Turkish Education System. In this aspect, firstly the geographical, political, social and economic situation of the Netherlands is covered; then The Dutch education system has been examined in terms of various parameters such as purpose, structure and process. The size of the structuring of the education system was taken into account by the managerial structuring and school structuring parameters; process dimension is covered by the parameters of education and training, training of managers and teachers, education supervision and financing of education. In the light of the obtained data, some of the inferences for the Turkish Education System have been made by specifying the outstanding features of the Dutch education system.
