MESLEKİ VE TEKNİK ANADOLU LİSESİ BECERİ EĞİTİMİ DERSİNİN ETKİLİLİĞİNE İLİŞKİN İŞLETME TEMSİLCİSİ GÖRÜŞLERİ

Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı, mesleki ve teknik Anadolu lisesi çocuk gelişimi ve eğitimi bölümü 12. sınıf öğrencilerinin, işletmelerdeki beceri eğitimi dersinin etkililiğine yönelik, işletme temsilcilerinin görüşlerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu çalışmada, genel tarama modelinde, betimsel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 12. sınıf çocuk gelişimi ve eğitimi bölümü öğrencilerinin, beceri eğitimlerini sürdürdükleri işletmelerdeki 40 işletme temsilcisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, “Kız Meslek Lisesi Öğrencilerinin İşletmelerdeki Stajlarının Etkililiğine İlişkin İşletme Temsilcisi Görüşleri” anketi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları şunlardır: 1- İşletme temsilcilerinin, beceri eğitimin etkililiği konusunda, işletmelerde yapılması gereken ön hazırlıklar ve mesleki eğitim süreci boyutlarındaki görüşleri ortanın üzerinde olumludur. 2- İşletme temsilcilerinin beceri eğitiminin etkililiği hakkındaki görüşleri meslek alanına göre farklılık göstermektedir. İşletmeler tarafından yapılması gereken ön hazırlıkların uygulanma düzeyi, çocuk gelişimi ve okul öncesi meslek alanındaki işletme temsilcileri görüşleri, okul öncesi öğretmenliği meslek alanındakilere göre daha yüksektir. Diğer yandan, farklı meslek alanlarındaki işletme temsilcilerinin, mesleki eğitim sürecinde işletmeler tarafından yerine getirilmesi gereken görev ve sorumlulukların uygulanma derecesi konusundaki görüşleri arasında anlamlı düzeyde fark yoktur. 3- İşletme temsilcilerinin beceri eğitiminin etkililiği hakkındaki görüşleri, medeni durum, mezun olunan okul, işletmedeki görevi, işletmenin çalışma alanı, işletmede çalışma süresi ve işletmenin stajyer öğrenci kapasitesi değişkenlerine göre bir farklılık göstermemektedir. 4- İşletmeler tarafından yapılması gereken ön hazırlıkların uygulanma derecesi ile mesleki eğitim sürecinde işletmeler tarafından yerine getirilmesi gereken görev ve sorumlulukların uygulanma derecesi arasında anlamlı düzeyde pozitif yönlü bir ilişki vardır.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the skill training course of the 12th grade students of the child development and education department at the vocational and technical Anatolian high schools according to business representatives’ opinions. In the study, descriptive research method, one of the general survey models, was used. The study group consists of 40 representatives working at the corporations in which 12th grade child development and education department students continue their skills trainings. As the data collecting tool in the study, the questionnaire of “Opinions Sector Representatives of Internship in Business of Vocational Business Representatives” was used. The study findings are as follows: 1- The opinions of the business representatives on the effectiveness of skill training in dimensions of preliminary preparations to be made in corporations and professional training process dimensions are above the average and positive. 2- The opinions of business representatives’ on effectiveness of skill education show variety according to the area of profession. Considering the level of application of the preliminary preparations to be made by corporations, the opinions of business representatives in the field of child development and pre-school occupation are higher than the opinions in pre-school teaching profession. On the other hand, there is no significant difference between the opinions of the business representatives in different professional fields on the level of implementation of duties and responsibilities that must be fulfilled by corporations in the vocational training process. 3- The opinions of the business representatives’ on the effectiveness of skill education do not show any variety according to marital status, graduated school, task at the corporation, work field of the corporation, working period at the corporation and capacity of the intern student of the company variables. 4- There is a significant positive correlation between the degree of application of the preliminary preparations to be made in corporations and the level of implementation of the duties and responsibilities that must be fulfilled by the corporations in the vocational education process.
