Abstract

The basic concepts related to reading and reading in the study are discussed, the changes that the concept of literacy shows in the historical process are mentioned, and today the concept and classification of literacy is given. Read, the concept is emphasized, information about the formation of reading and reading areas are given. As regards reading education, reading skills and reading skills are discussed with other skill areas.
