DESCARTES’TA YÖNTEMİN KENDİSİ VE ETKİLERİ

Özet

Bu çalışmamızın amacı, modernizmin kurulmasında önemli bir yere sahip olan, Kartezyen Felsefesinin başta gelen filozoflarından Descartes’in yöntem anlayışını incelemektir. Nitekim bahsi geçen filozof, felsefi sistemini oluştururken matematik-fizik yöntemi merkeze alarak sağlam, açık ve seçik bir bilgiye ulaşmayı hedefler. Oluşturduğu yeni rasyonalist sistem, 17. y.y.’da birçok filozofun –özellikle Malebranche, Spinoza ve Leibniz- felsefesini derinden etkiler. Descartes felsefesi, Aydınlanma çağındaki çoğu filozofun felsefesinde aksi yönde çıkış noktası oluşturur. Bu çağın filozofları, Descartes’in sistemine ciddi eleştiriler getirerek felsefesinde kapatılamaz yaralar açarlar.
Bu çalışmamızla Descartes’in yöntem anlayışını ortaya koyduktan sonra Malebranche, Spinoza ve Leibniz’in yöntem anlayışları hakkında kısa bilgiler verilecektir.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine a method approach of Descartes who has an important place in the establishment of modernism and the foremost philosopher of Cartesian Philosophy. Indeed aforementioned philosopher aims to reach a sound, loud and clear knowledge when creating the philosophical system by taking the center mathematics-physics methods. His new rationalist system deeply affected the philosophy of many philosophers- especially Malebranche, Spinoza and Leibniz- in the 17th century. The philosophy of Descartes formed the starting point in the opposite direction of the philosophy of the most philosophers of the Enlightenment. The philosophers of this age bring the serious criticism to his philosophy that its wounds cannot be closed.
In this study Malebranche, Spinoza and Leibniz's method of understanding will be explained after setting forth the method understanding of Descartes.
