The dramatical changes in the modern societies coupled with the information and technological revaluation and knowledge societies have created many challenges to the higher education managements. The Relevance and Quality of higher education graduates are becoming important challenges facing the higher education. The efforts of higher education in producing relevant and skillful graduates to meat and match the needs of the world labour market is a greet task for higher education managements.
