THE EFFECT OF ALEN HOVER'S STRATEGY IN THE ACQUISITION OF KURDISH GRAMMAR MATERIAL FOR FIFTH GRADE STUDENTS

Özet

The effect of Alen Hover's strategy in the acquisition of Kurdish grammar material for fifth grade students, and to achieve the goal of the research, the experimental design with partial control was adopted for the experimental and control groups. The experimental group with partial control and the post test to evaluate the experiment, which consists of two groups, experimental and control, as the research sample consisted of (64) students, the experimental group consisted of (32) students, and the control group consisted of (32) students, the researcher reconciled between the two groups in several variables, including In order to measure the extent of students’ achievement in Kurdish grammar, the researcher prepared an achievement test of the type of multiple choice consisting of “(35) test items with four alternatives. Its validity, stability, difficulty coefficient, ease, discrimination coefficient, and the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives were verified by using the t-test for two independent samples. Statistically, the results showed the superiority of the experimental group that was studied using the Alen Hover model over the control group that was taught in the traditional way. In light of the results that have been reached, the researcher has drawn up a number of conclusions recommendations and suggestions.
