THE USING OF SUSTAINABILITY IN THE SCULPTURAL PRODUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ART EDUCATION

Özet

This research is concerned with studying (sustainability works in contemporary Iraqi sculpture), and it includes four chapters. The first chapters included the general framework of the research (the research problem, the importance, research aim, limits, and the most important terms that were mentioned in the title of the research). As for the second chapter, it included the theoretical framework and previous studies, the theoretical framework contained two sections first: the sustainability of materials, while the second was concerned with contemporary Iraqi sculpture, and the topic ended with a set of indicators.
While the third chapter included the research procedures, which included defining the research community of (30) sculptural works, and selecting the research samples amounting to (4) models in an intentional way, then the research tool, statistical methods, and sample analysis, while the fourth chapter included the results of the research conclusions and a set of recommendations The researcher has reached a number of results, including: - The students were able to assign an expressive and aesthetic value to the manufactured and consumed materials found in the environment and use them in the production of artistic works of aesthetic value – that is, re-converting them from useless materials to a work of art by adopting reduction and alienation in the elements sculptural work.
