WORK PRESSURE AND ITS IMPACT ON PERFORMANCE OF THE STAFF OF AL ZAIEM A L AZHARI ,FACULTY OF EDUCATION, MODEL

Özet

The study addressed the field of educational administration, it aimed to know the impact of the work pressure on the performance of the staff of the faculty of education at Al Zaeim Al Azhari university, the researcher followed the descriptive method, the sample was (60) of the staff, and those who resample them, the questionnaire was used as a tool of data collection, the data was analyzed by the statistical package of the social sciences (SPSS), (T) test. The researcher came to many results, the most important:
There was high work pressure to the professors of the faculty of education at Al Zaeim Al Azhari university, represented in the rewards, and salaries, there was high work pressure for the staff of education faculty at Al Zaeim Al Azhari university, there were significant differences at the level 0.05 moral for work pressure, its different dimensions in the axis of work burden, and the struggle of the role in the favor of women.
Through what the researcher's came to as results, she recommended:
The necessity of developing the strategies led to mitigating the work pressure at the faculty of education at Al Zaeim Al Azhari university, increasing the salaries and the rewards for the staff, putting a distinctive rewarding system that connected with distinctive performance.
