SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR KALKINMA KAPSAMINDA ÇEVRE ZİRVELERİ

Özet

20.yy da hâkim ekonomik düzenin toplumsal hayatı sadece ekonomik anlamda etki etmediği artık genel kabul görmüş bir gerçektir. Son dönemde tüm dünyanın üzerinde durduğu önemli bir sorun haline gelmiş olan çevre ile ilgili sorunlar ulusal ve uluslar arası düzeyde tartışılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda bu sorunların konu edildiği zirvelerde bu problemlere ekonomik olduğu kadar sosyal ve siyasal açıdan da çözümler aranmaktadır. Dolayısı ile tüm dünyanın ortak bir problemi olan çevre ile ilgili sorunlar, uluslararası ortak bir çalışmayla olumlu bir sonuç elde edileceği düşünülmektedir. Ancak işbirliğine dayalı bir yaklaşım hayata geçirilemediğinden sağlıklı bir çözüme ulaşmakta oldukça zorlaşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada çevre sorunları kapsamında sürdürülebilir kalkınma konusunda ele alınan çalışmalar gerçekleştirilen zirvelerin çözüm arayışları, etkinliği ve sonuçları ele alınacaktır.

Abstract

In the 20th century, the prevailing economic order is now a generally accepted fact that social life does not only have an economic impact. Environmental problems, which have become one of the most important problems that the whole world has over the last period, have started to be discussed at national and international level. In this context, at the summit where these problems are mentioned, solutions with economic, social and political aspects are searched for these problems. Therefore, it is considered that environmental problems that become the common problem of the world can be solved only through international cooperation. However, since a cooperative approach can not be passed on, it is becoming difficult to reach a healthy solution. In this study, the search for solutions, the efficiency and the results of the summit studies on sustainable development within the scope of environmental problems will be discussed.
