البلقان خلال السنوات 1875-1877 في الوثائق الامريكية

Özet

تعد المسالة الشرقية من اكثر المسائل اهمية وتعقيد في تاريخ اوربا وفي تاريخ الدولة العثمانية ن وساهمت في صياغة العلاقات الدولية ، وجعلت من البلقان ساحة صراع وتنافس ومحرك للصراعات والحروب والتنافس الدولي ولعل هذه المسالة وهذه المنطقة حظيت بدراسات وابحاث عديدة لاهميتها ، والبحث الذي بين ايدينا الذي يحمل عنوان (البلقان خلال السنوات 1875-1877 في الوثائق الامريكية ) يشكل اضافة علمية في الدراسات التي تناولت البلقان ، اذ ان وجهة النظر الامريكية من خلال الوثائق ومن خلال تقارير الدبلوماسيين الامريكيين يشكل مصدرا مهما من مصادر التاريخ الحديث ، فضلا عن اهميتها في دراسة تاريخ البلقان والدولة العثمانية ، ولعل السنوات 1875-1877 التي اضطربت فيها الاوضاع في البوسنة والهرسك والجبل الاسود وصربيا وبلغاريا سجلت مدخلا لوضعا اوربيا معقدا ، فضلا عن انها كانت سببا في اندلاع الحرب العثمانية الروسية ، لذلك فانها فترة تستحق البحث ، زيادة على ان قراءة ومتابعة الوثائق الامريكية تجعلها اكثر اهمية .

Abstract

Longer an issue eastern part of the most common questions the importance and complexity in the history of Europe in the history of the Ottoman Empire and contributed to the formulation of international relations, and made from the Balkans arena for conflict and competition and drive to the conflicts, wars and international competition and perhaps this issue and this region has received studies and research many of its importance, And research between our hands, which is titled (The Balkans during the years 1875-1877 in the U.S. documents) is added in the scientific studies that dealt with the Balkans , because the U.S. view through documents and through the reports of U.S. diplomats constitutes an important source of modern history , as well as its importance in the study of history of the Balkans and the Ottoman Empire , and perhaps years 1875-1877 , which was troubled by the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro , Serbia and Bulgaria recorded a gateway to laid a European complex , as well as it was the cause of the outbreak of the war, the Ottoman Russian , so it a worthy research, an increase that read and follow U.S. documents makes it more important.
